Our hotel has in total 70 rooms in 2 separate building in 2 floor.
In the main building, we have in total 62 rooms.
In the floor under the breakfast terrace, with direct access to the garden and with sea view are 8 double rooms
In the same with reception level, we have 9 rooms, all are double and with sea view.
In each floor (middle and top) 19 rooms are with sea view, 18 of them are double rooms and the other 1 is the family room. Also in each of the 2 floor (middle and top) in the main building, we have 4 rooms with view to our lemon trees or land view rooms. From those 4 one is without balcony and it is the single room, the other 3 have balcony and are double rooms.
Only in 10 rooms in total we can add a third bed in case of a child or an extra adult.
4 people in one room is not easy to accommodate.
Our double rooms in the main building are approx. 16 m2 and have:
• 2 single (85 X 190) beds or 1 double bed (150 X 190)
• Telephone
• TV with satellite programs
• Radio (through TV set)
• WC with douche
• Safe deposit box in room’s closet
• Central air-condition **
• 30 L fridge
• Hair dryer
• Balcony or terrace
• Sea view or land (lemon trees) view
• Breakfast
• Our double rooms can be sold as double for single use
** Air-condition is running every day from 15:00 until next day 09:00 from June 15th until September 15th
Family rooms (214 in the middle floor and 314 second floor and top floor), are approx.36 m2 in 2 rooms. One room (parents room), with 1 double bed (150 x 190 cm) – a baby-cot near parents bed is available on request - window overlooking the sea, closet, the safe deposit box in this closet, hair dryer, small refrigerator (30L), air-condition, telephone (not direct line yet).
Second room with 1 and up to 3 single beds (85 X190 cm) for the children, WC with douche, TV with satellite programs, radio through TV set, closet and the air-condition.
Hotel has also single rooms aprox. 14 m2 (the bed is double 150 X 190) with view to our lemon trees, a window and without balcony.
In the building above the swimming pool, the 8 double rooms, approx. 18 m2, all of then with 2 single beds (85 X 190 cm), have the same as above facilities, BUT their great privilege is: they are close, too close to the beach and the beach bar restaurant!!!!!!!!
